  • Service Availability: Our services are available 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm.

  • Emergency Service: Emergency service is available outside of regular business hours for an additional fee. Please contact us at (631) 933-6073 for emergency service requests.

  • Service Area: We provide service in the New York Long Island area. Service outside this area may incur additional fees.

  • Response Time: We strive to respond to service requests within 1 hour.

  • Service Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 30 days of service for a resolution.

  • Service Fees: Service fees vary depending on the type of appliance and the nature of the service required. A detailed estimate will be provided before any work is started.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service. Invoices not paid within 15 days will incur a late fee of 5% per day.

  • Estimates: Estimates are provided free of charge. Any additional work required will be discussed and approved by the customer before proceeding.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer: To cancel a service appointment, please contact us at least 2 hours in advance. 

  • Cancellation by Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you in advance and reschedule at a convenient time.

4. Warranty Policy

  • Parts Warranty: We offer a 30 day warranty on all parts installed during a service call.

  • Labor Warranty: We offer a 30 day warranty on all labor performed during a service call.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Collection of Information: We collect personal information, such as name, address, phone number, and email address, for the purpose of providing our services.

  • Use of Information: We use the information collected to communicate with customers, schedule service appointments, and process payments.
